Employee pricing
What are the Corporate Employee Offers?
Savings vary based on your company's partnership level. Standard corporate members receive an exclusive discount, while approved Corporate+ partners enjoy enhanced savings and partner-only bundles. Your specific rate shows on your dashboard and on each product once signed in. Prices exclude GST.
Who is eligible for employee pricing?
Employees of registered or approved organisations, verified by a corporate (work) email domain. Personal email domains such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or iCloud are not eligible.
How do I verify my work email?
On the homepage, choose to unlock employee pricing and enter your work email. If your domain is eligible, you'll be taken to sign in or create a secure account using a one-time code sent to that email. Once verified, your pricing unlocks automatically — no coupon codes needed.
How much do I save?
Verified employees of participating companies get exclusive pricing on Pixel devices for personal use. We offer standard corporate discounts, while employees of approved partner companies (Corporate+) receive enhanced savings and partner-only bundles. Sign in with your work email to unlock your pricing.
How many devices can I buy with employee pricing?
Up to 2 phones per model per eligible employee. No limit on accessories. For team/fleet purchases use the Business store or request a bulk quote.
My organisation isn't recognised — can we join?
Yes. Use the Contact page and choose ‘Employee pricing (eligibility / sign-up)’. We'll review your organisation's eligibility, usually within two business days.
Buying & pricing
Can I get a GST-compliant tax invoice?
Yes. Enter your GSTIN at checkout; a GST-compliant invoice is issued in your registered business name. Invoices cannot be revised after purchase.
Do prices include GST?
Product prices are shown exclusive of GST. Applicable GST is added and itemised on your tax invoice.
How many devices can I buy per order?
Standard business orders allow up to 5 units per order. For larger volumes, request a bulk quote from the Contact page (‘Bulk / corporate order’).
How do I request a bulk or corporate quote?
Go to the Contact page, choose ‘Bulk / corporate order (request a quote)’, and include device models, quantities and timeline.
Order & delivery
Where do you ship, and how much is delivery?
We ship across India, and delivery is free on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for non-metro cities. Check the ‘Ships in’ time on each product page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking and order details are sent to your email — and by SMS if you provided a mobile number at checkout.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is collected on delivery, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. You order online and pay when your device is delivered.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier makes up to 3 attempts. After the third, the shipment returns to our fulfilment centre and any amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.
Returns & warranty
Can I return or exchange a device?
Once delivered and accepted as correct, there is no refund or exchange. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] within 48 hours with photos and a mandatory unboxing video. No refunds/exchanges on used or seal-opened products.
How do I cancel an order?
Email pixel.b2b@ndslindia.com with your order number before dispatch. Once dispatched/processed it cannot be cancelled. Refunds on cancellation go to the original payment method, less a 2.5% payment-processing charge.
How long do refunds take?
Allow one to three weeks from when your returned item reaches our warehouse.
My device has a fault or warranty issue — who do I contact?
Hardware faults, software issues and warranty claims are handled by Google directly via Google Store Support. This store handles orders, delivery, returns and invoicing.
